Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of the Nódus website and your engagement with Nódus as a consultancy. By using this site or entering into a working relationship with Nódus, you agree to these terms.
The website
The content on this site — including all text, images, and resources — is the property of Nódus and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Nódus makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site but does not guarantee it. Links to external sites are provided for reference only — Nódus is not responsible for their content.
The work
Nódus works with institutions on the difficulties that keep returning despite good intentions and reasonable effort. The nature, scope, and duration of any engagement is agreed between Nódus and the institution at the outset. Nódus does not guarantee specific outcomes — the measure of success is the institution's growing capacity to hold complexity on its own, not a fixed deliverable.
Confidentiality
Nódus treats all information shared by institutions and individuals in the course of its work as confidential. Nódus does not disclose case details, organisational information, or personal information shared in the context of an engagement without explicit permission.
Fees and payment
Fees for consultancy work are agreed in writing before an engagement begins. Specific terms — including payment schedules, cancellation terms, and expenses — are set out in the engagement agreement for each institution. These terms will be developed and updated as Nódus's service offer develops.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or from an engagement with Nódus will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
Changes to these terms
Nódus may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
These terms were last updated in 2026.
